Before your first appointment at Redpoint PT, be sure to fill out the patient intake form. You can do this online via our secure portal or print a copy and bring it with you. Also be sure to bring your insurance card, your referral or prescription for therapy, as well as any medical reports or MRIs from your referring physician.

Before you arrive at Redpoint, please be aware of the latest health and safety precautions:
Masks are required to enter the building.
Temperatures will be taken upon arrival.
All patients must wash hands or sanitize after entering the clinic.
All patients must remove shoes or wear shoe coverings, unless your therapists identifies a safety risk.
All equipment is cleaned by staff after each use. Floors and other surfaces are cleaned regularly throughout the week.
